Brian G. Cleveland, CEO & Founder
Providing the business and strategic initiatives vision for Percept Technology Labs is founder, Brian Cleveland.
Brian has enjoyed a successful career building organizations, processes,
and product development programs to increase customer satisfaction,
employee productivity, and revenue.
Achieving distinction as a product designer, project manager and key executive for leading technology companies over the past 20
years, Brian has held key management and engineering positions at Datasonix,
Aspen Peripherals and StorageTek.
Brian earned a BS in Engineering Science from Cal Poly,
San Luis Obispo. He has received numerous awards for his work, and holds
six patents. He is active as an advisor for the Colorado Technology Incubator
(CTEK) and as Technology Council Chairman for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce.
Brian's commitment is reflected in the company mission — benefiting
employees, clients and partners though superior test services and customer
care that has laid the foundation for Percept's solid track record of
success.
Marty Best , President
Serving as Percept’s president, Marty directs Percept’s strategic growth initiatives, business processes and core operations. With 30 years of industry experience, including fifteen years serving in the roles of president and CEO for two early stage technology companies, Marty understands the unique demands of managing high tech organizations
With in-depth experience in all aspects of business operations – including product development, manufacturing, sales and marketing – Marty has held key executive and management positions at technology firms Mentor Interactive, Boulder Nonlinear Systems, Vexcel Imaging Corporation and AutoSimulations, Inc.
Marty earned a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN.
Mark Tilleman, Sales Manager
Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and defining future sales strategy, Mark heads up Percept’s sales and customer service efforts. Mark’s 16+ years of experience and proven accomplishment in selling specialized B2B services for technology companies enables him to understand each client’s unique requirements and assure that they receive the quality, customized testing services to meet their specific and most exacting requirements.
Before joining the Percept team, Mark held a number of key technical sales management positions for high tech hardware, software and specialized outsourcing services firms including InstruTech, Pelion Systems and J.C.I.T. His leadership roles at these firms facilitated the development of highly effective strategies and processes that resulted in substantial sales growth in existing and new markets.
Mark holds a BS in business finance and a BA in economics from the San Francisco State University.
