Director of Sales
Director of Sales
Percept Technology Labs is currently looking for an experienced, highly talented and enthusiastic leader in the sales industry to join our team as Director of Sales. We are looking for a seasoned professional who loves a challenge and possesses the passion, tenacity, drive, and confidence it takes to succeed.
You will generate new accounts and service existing accounts of all sizes by helping companies succeed with their product testing and product launch challenges.
This is a high profile, full time, sales position that you will be responsible for interfacing with current and potential clients.
You should have excellent understanding of and familiarity with technology related products especially in information technology and an understanding of the test process that technology products are subject to.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop local, regional and national prospects
- Contact, needs assessment, quoting, and closing of client opportunities
- Manage and respond to inbound inquires resulting in new clients
- Client relationship account management
- Maintain industry and product knowledge and adjust sales strategy to changing market conditions and competitive issues
- Refine and develop sales strategies for Percept Technology Labs
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- 6+ years successful sales experience in a technology industry
- Ability to manage multiple, diverse sales events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current Information Technology (ITE) and worldwide compliance requirements of technology equipment
- Bachelor degree plus work experience in the technology industry
- Excellent Presentation and negotiation skills selling to business accounts
